Inside the office, outside to the world.

Who it's for

One platform, configured for how your business answers the phone.

The same UAE-hosted PBX powers a dental clinic, a car-rental fleet, a five-branch restaurant group and a sales floor — each tuned to how they actually work.

Clinics & medical centres

Per-doctor caller ID, appointment-confirmation IVR, voicemail-to-email, after-hours routing, PHI-aware recording controls.

Hotels & hospitality

Reception attendant, room-to-room dialling, multi-language IVR, wake-up calls, integrated PMS pop-ups.

Multi-branch retail & F&B

One number per branch, central reception, call-routing by location, branch-level call analytics for managers.

Sales floors & contact centres

Multi-line caller ID, call queues with wait-time announcements, manager listen-in / whisper / barge, custom call-distribution rules.

Remote & hybrid teams

iOS / Android softphone + browser web softphone — same business caller ID from home, the office, or a coffee shop.

Professional services & SMEs

A proper UAE business number with auto-attendant, voicemail, call recording and a desk phone on every desk.

What we replace

The phone setups quietly costing UAE businesses every day.

Personal mobiles for business calls

Staff hand out their personal numbers, leads see unfamiliar caller IDs, and when the staff member leaves so does the relationship. There is no recording, no logging, no continuity.

Calls that never reach the right person

Receptionist transfers, missed callbacks, voicemails nobody checks. Every dropped call is a lost lead, a frustrated customer, or a missed appointment.

Old PBX hardware, fragile setup

A box in the cupboard configured by someone who left two years ago, on a public IP with default passwords, no recordings, no monitoring, no support contract.

Inside vs outside

VOIP works two ways. We give you both.

External voice is the phone number your customers call and the line your team calls out from. Internal voice is every call between your own people, branches, and devices — extension dialling, intercom, branch-to-branch, paging, conferencing. Most UAE installers stop at the first one.

External voice
Customer-facing

How customers reach you and how you reach them. Carrier-grade, fully licensed.

  • UAE phone numbers

Dedicated UAE DIDs through licensed e& or du SIP trunks under your trade license. Port your existing number or get a new one — landline or mobile-style.

  • IVR auto-attendant

Multi-level menus, multi-language prompts, time-of-day routing, holiday schedules, fallback to voicemail or external mobile.

  • Call recording & retention

Inbound and outbound recording with configurable retention, encrypted storage in the UAE, per-extension on/off rules for compliance-sensitive lines.

  • Voicemail to email + AI transcription

Per-user voicemail with email delivery and (Enterprise) AI transcription so missed calls become searchable text in your inbox.

  • Queues, hold music, after-hours

Wait queues with position announcements, custom hold music or marketing messages, after-hours menus that route to mobile, voicemail or an on-call rota.

  • AI receptionists

Optional AI front-desk: answers in Arabic or English, qualifies the caller, books appointments, and hands off to a human only when needed.

Internal voice
Team-facing

How your offices, branches, and home-workers talk to each other — without carrier minutes.

  • Branch-to-branch calling

Dial any extension between Dubai HQ, Abu Dhabi office, the warehouse and the home-working sales rep — over the internet, free, encrypted.

  • Intercom & paging

Push a button on the desk phone to talk straight to a colleague. Page all phones at once for store-wide announcements or kitchen calls.

  • Audio + video conferencing

Internal conference rooms with PIN-protected dial-in for meetings, training, or all-hands. Optional video bridge for hybrid rooms.

  • Hot-desking

Any user logs into any desk phone with a PIN and the phone becomes theirs — calls, voicemail, contacts, presence — until they log out.

  • Door phones & SIP devices

Connect SIP intercoms, doorbells, and gate stations directly into the PBX. Reception picks up the door-phone like any other extension.

  • Presence + busy-lamp field

See who is on a call, who is free, who is in DND. One-touch transfer, call park, pickup — the office-floor reality of how phones get used.

Endpoints

Three endpoints. One identity. Same number, same logging, same rules.

Professional IP desk phone

Bundled in every package. PoE-powered, HD voice, headset-ready, BLF for transfers and call park.

Mobile softphone (iOS + Android)

Make and receive business calls from anywhere with the same caller ID. CallKit on iOS, native CallKeep on Android.

Browser web softphone

Embedded in your CRM or run standalone. WebRTC over WSS, no plugin install. Click-to-dial, screen-pop, dispositions inline.

Integrations

Plugs into the tools you already run.

VOIP is the dial-tone. The value lives in how it shows up inside your other tools — Microsoft Teams, your CRM, your helpdesk, your messaging stack. We wire it in. Bespoke connectors and call-flow scripting are scoped per project.

Network security

Your phone system is not a public web service. We do not deploy it like one.

Most UAE PBX deployments leave SIP ports open to the internet, expose admin consoles on public IPs, and ship shared remote-support passwords over WhatsApp. We do not work that way.

No public ports

PBX has zero ports exposed to the internet. Admin lives only on the private mesh.

Per-device authentication

Every phone, router, mobile, and engineer laptop is individually approved. No shared passwords.

Encrypted everything

SIP, CDR, management — all over WireGuard 256-bit. SRTP for media, SIP/TLS for trunk signalling.

Authenticated remote support

Engineers connect through the mesh, not TeamViewer. Every access is logged.

Mobile agents on public Wi-Fi

Softphone calls tunnel through the mesh, not the open internet — same security at a coffee shop as in the office.

UAE data residency

Recordings, CDRs and configuration stored inside the country. You own the data.

UAE regulatory compliance

Fully licensed. No grey routes. No regulatory exposure.

Unlicensed VoIP in the UAE carries fines up to AED 500,000 and personal liability for operators. Every Transcenda deployment is reviewed against the relevant Federal Laws and TDRA policies before go-live.

Law / regulationHow we comply
Federal Law 3/2003 — TelecomsAll voice traffic routed through licensed e& / du SIP trunk under your trade license. No unlicensed VoIP.
TDRA VoIP Regulatory Policy v2.0SIP trunk applied for and provisioned under your trade license. Full carrier compliance, in-country numbering.
TDRA Resolution 6/2008 — LicensingWe deploy a private PBX using a licensed carrier trunk. We do not operate a public telecom network — no extra licensing required of you.
Federal Decree-Law 34/2021 — CybercrimeNo blocked platforms in the call path. Tailscale is a private overlay network, not a VoIP-bypass VPN — your traffic stays on the licensed UAE carrier.
Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 — PDPLAll recordings, CDRs and configuration stored inside the UAE. Encrypted at rest and in transit. You own the data.
Service packages

Implementation

From contract to go-live in six weeks.

The e& / du SIP trunk approval is the longest dependency (~3 weeks). Server build, call routing, integrations and phone provisioning all run in parallel so no time is wasted waiting.

  1. Week 1
    Discovery + procurement kickoff

Requirements meeting, user roster, number allocation, integration audit. e& / du SIP trunk application begins (longest critical-path item).

  2. Week 2–3
    PBX setup + call routing

PBX provisioning in UAE. SIP channels and extensions configured. Caller ID per number / branch. IVR menus, voicemail and after-hours rules built in lab.

  3. Week 3–4
    Integrations + add-ons

Office-suite or helpdesk integration, optional CRM bridge, recording storage, AI receptionist or voicemail-to-text wired in if scoped.

  4. Week 5
    Endpoints + softphone rollout

Desk phones provisioned and shipped. Mobile and web softphones rolled out per user. Multi-device ring testing, multi-site dial-plan checks.

  5. Week 6
    Testing, training, go-live

End-to-end stress test, two-hour staff training, manager dashboard walkthrough, cutover, 48-hour post-launch on-call cover.
